At the centre of the Tea Garden is a sculptured stone waterfall and lily pond, hand-built and meticulously maintained — with a marriage arch, a Keralan swing, party seating, a lounge area, and deck chairs beside the water. By day, it's lush and green, surrounded by banana palms and ferns; by evening, the waterfall glows and the pond lights up.
Scarlet's Tea Garden brings the tradition of British high tea to this setting, bookable for private parties and group bookings. A three-tiered stand arrives with savouries followed by sweets, tea is poured into royal bone china, and the scones are baked fresh. Scarlet can often be found at the tea house garden bar, serving tea in bone china herself.
